Will these turn my ears green?

Absolutely not. We have a 'No Green Skin' policy. All our earring posts and hooks are 925 sterling silver, designed for sensitive ears. We leave the green for the money, not your lobes.

What does "sold individually" mean?

Our mix-and-match styles are sold as single earrings, not pairs — so you can pick any two and build a pair that's never existed before. All crab, all chaos, or something in between. Styles marked "sold as a pair" ship as a matching set.

Are the earrings heavy?

No — most studs are 1–5g and even our biggest dangles stay lightweight. You'll forget you're wearing them; other people won't.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 24–48 hours. Standard shipping within Canada typically takes 5–7 business days. Orders over $50 CAD ship free.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within Canada only. We're working on world domination (starting with the US) — join our email list to be the first to know.

What's your return policy?

You can initiate a return within 14 days of delivery — items must be unworn and in original packaging. Full details in our Return Policy.

My earrings arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email us at wehearyou@nhoi.world with your order number and photos within 14 days of delivery — we'll cover return shipping and send a free replacement or full refund. Your call.

How do I take care of them?
