Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 48 hours. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to keep you informed.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items and your location. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50CAD. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs clearance processes. The estimated delivery time provided at checkout is a guide and not a guarantee.

International Shipping and Customs

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Never Heard Of It is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order to avoid unexpected charges.
