Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 48 hours. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to keep you informed.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items and your location. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50CAD. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs clearance processes. The estimated delivery time provided at checkout is a guide and not a guarantee.

Shipping Area
We currently ship within Canada only. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after your order ships. We are working on expanding to the United States and beyond — join our email list to be the first to know when we ship to your area.
