How to keep your weird little friends alive

Our pieces are hand-enameled and hand-finished — they're sturdy little characters, but they appreciate good treatment.

Daily care

• Last on, first off. Put earrings on after perfume, lotion and hairspray — and take them off before showering, swimming or sleeping.
• Keep them dry. Water is the fastest way to dull enamel and resin. If they get wet, pat dry with a soft cloth right away.
• Store them in the pouch. Each order ships with a pouch — it's not just packaging, it's their home. Storing pieces separately prevents scratches.
• Wipe gently. A soft, dry cloth after wear keeps the shine. No jewelry cleaner, no ultrasonic machines — enamel and resin don't like chemicals.

Resin pieces

Hand-finished resin can soften or warp in extreme heat — don't leave your earrings on a car dashboard in July. Fuzzy pom details should stay away from water entirely.

Enamel pieces

Enamel is glass-like: beautiful, durable against daily wear, but it can chip if dropped on hard floors. Treat them like tiny artworks, because they are.

Repairs

If your piece arrives damaged or develops a defect within 14 days of delivery, we'll replace it or refund you in full — see our Return Policy.

Beyond 14 days? We still want your pieces to live long lives. Email wehearyou@nhoi.world with photos of the damage and your order number — depending on the piece, we'll offer a repair, a replacement part (like posts or hooks), or a discount toward a new pair. Earrings with names deserve second chances.
